The Broad Run Spartans basketball team scored 65 points and restricted the visiting Heritage Pride to 47 in the Spartans league victory on Wednesday.

The Spartans now sport a 11-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lightridge for a Dulles contest on Friday, January 27. Broad Run will battle a Bolts team coming off a 45-36 league loss to Loudoun County (Leesburg, VA). The Bolts record now stands at 6-12.

The Pride (5-15) will now prepare for their contest against Rock Ridge (Ashburn, VA). The Phoenix come into the non-league contest with a 9-8 record. In their last contest, Rock Ridge dropped by Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA), 51-38, in a league contest.
