In Wednesday's non-league outing, the Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA) basketball squad beat the visiting Rock Ridge Phoenix (Ashburn, VA), by a count of 56-48.

The Spartans (3-1) will now prepare for their outing against Dominion (Sterling, VA). The Titans go into the Dulles outing with a 2-2 record. In their last outing, Dominion defeated Lightridge (Aldie, VA), 65-50, in a league outing.

The Phoenix now hold a 2-2 record. They play next when they host Loudoun Valley for a non-league outing on Friday, December 9. Rock Ridge will clash with a Vikings squad coming off a 48-38 league loss to Tuscarora (Leesburg, VA). The Vikings record now stands at 3-2.
