The Briar Woods Falcons (Ashburn, VA) basketball nipped the visiting Broad Run Spartans (Ashburn, VA), 64-62 in Monday's non-league test.

The Falcons (1-2) will now prepare for their test against Freedom (South Riding, VA). The Eagles go into the non-league test with a 4-2 record. In their last test, Freedom was tipped by Battlefield (Haymarket, VA), 57-44, in a league test.
