The Woodgrove Wolverines basketball team scored 59 points and held the host Briar Woods Falcons to 44 in the Wolverines league triumph on Tuesday.

The Wolverines now sport a 6-11 record. They put it on the line next when they host Potomac Falls for a Potomac contest on Friday, February 3. Woodgrove will meet a Panthers team coming off a 49-38 league win over Riverside (Leesburg, VA). The Panthers record now stands at 14-5.

The Falcons (8-11) will now prepare for their contest against Independence (Ashburn, VA). The enter the Potomac contest with a 7-12 record. In their last contest, Independence ran past Stone Bridge (Ashburn, VA), 87-75, in a league contest.
