Michigan High School Basketball - Godwin Heights crushes Kelloggsville
January 19, 2024: Wyoming, MI 49548 Godwin Heights Wolverines (Wyoming, MI) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Kelloggsville Rockets (Wyoming, MI), 52-25 in a league bout.
With the win, Godwin Heights upgrades its record to 3-4 on the season. The Wolverines host Belding (Belding, MI) to play the Black Knights in a Ottawa-Kent - Silver bout on Tuesday, January 23. The Black Knights go into the bout with a record of 7-3. Belding won 54-33 in their recent league bout against Hopkins (Hopkins, MI)
Next up, the Rockets play the Sparta Spartans (Sparta, MI) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 23. Kelloggsville will attempt to upgrade on its 3-8 season record. The Spartans go into the bout with a 4-6 record after their 47-29 non-league loss to Calvin Christian (Grandville, MI).
