With the victory, Weston improves its record to 2-2 on the campaign. The Trojans travel to Masuk (Monroe, CT) to confront the Panthers in a Southwest challenge on Thursday, January 4. The Panthers come into the challenge with a record of 3-3. Masuk won 66-49 in their recent non-league challenge against Darien (Darien, CT)
Next up, the Hilltoppers confront the Bassick Lions (Bridgeport, CT) in a non-league challenge, on Wednesday, January 3. Bridgeport Central will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Lions come into the challenge with a 0-4 record after their 83-62 non-league loss to St. Joseph (Trumbull, CT).
