Louisiana High School Basketball - Eleanor McMain edges De La Salle
February 10, 2023: New Orleans, LA 70115 The Eleanor McMain Mustangs (New Orleans, LA) basketball nipped the host De La Salle Cavalier (New Orleans, LA), 56-49 in Friday's league test.
The Mustangs (9-5) will now prepare for their test against Bonnabel (Kenner, LA). The Bruins go into the non-league test with a 17-15 record. In their last test, Bonnabel got by Chalmette (Chalmette, LA), 63-37, in a league test.
The Cavalier now own a 7-10 record. They play next when they host Riverdale for a 4A District 9 test on Tuesday, February 14. De La Salle will encounter a Rebels squad coming off a 67-45 league win over Willow (New Orleans, LA). The Rebels record now stands at 13-13.
