Nebraska High School Basketball - Scotus overwhelms Twin River
December 28, 2021: Columbus, NE 68601 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Scotus Shamrocks (Columbus, NE) and the visiting Twin River Titans (Genoa, NE), saw Scotus's basketball squad wallop Twin River by a count of 57-18.
With the victory, Scotus upgrades its record to 6-3 on the campaign. The Shamrocks host Lakeview (Columbus, NE) to play the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Wednesday, December 29. The Vikings come into the challenge with a record of 5-3. Lakeview won 46-2 in their recent non-league challenge against Schuyler (Schuyler, NE)
Next up, the Titans play the Central City Bison (Central City, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 4. Twin River will attempt to upgrade on its 1-7 season record. The Bison come into the challenge with a 0-9 record after their 42-28 non-league loss to Mead (Mead, NE).
