December 21, 2017: Walnut Grove, GA 30052 The Madison County Red Raiders (Danielsville, GA) basketball knocked off the host Walnut Grove Warriors (Walnut Grove, GA), 66-47 in Thursday's non-league test.
The Red Raiders (7-3) will now prepare for their test against Brookwood (Snellville, GA). The Broncos go into the non-league test with a 5-3 record. In their last test, Brookwood went down by Duluth (Duluth, GA), 43-40, in a non-league test.
The Warriors now own a 3-7 record. They play next when they host Trinity Christian for a non-league outing on Friday, December 22. Walnut Grove will clash with a Lions squad coming off a 55-33 non-league loss to Starr's Mill (Fayetteville, GA). The Lions record now stands at 5-5.
