Northeast Guilford Rams (McLeansville, NC) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Eastern Guilford Wildcats (Gibsonville, NC), 42-28 in a league bout.

With the win, Northeast Guilford upgrades its record to 2-3 on the season. The Rams travel to Southern Guilford (Greensboro, NC) to play the Storm in a 3A Conference 46 bout on Tuesday, December 13. The Storm go into the bout with a record of 1-5. Southern Guilford lost 38-16 in their recent league bout against Rockingham County (Wentworth, NC)

Next up, the Wildcats play the High Point Central Bison (High Point, NC) in a 3A Conference 46 bout, on Tuesday, December 13. Eastern Guilford will attempt to upgrade on its 1-6 season record. The Bison go into the bout with a 0-8 record after their 53-5 league loss to Dudley (Greensboro, NC).
