Indiana High School Basketball - Northwestern trounces Eastern

January 8, 2020: Kokomo, IN 46901

The Northwestern Tigers (Kokomo, IN) basketball crushed the visiting Eastern Comets (Greentown, IN), 75-21 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Tigers (15-0) will now prepare for their test against West Lafayette (West Lafayette, IN). The Red Devils go into the non-league test with a 12-3 record. In their last test, West Lafayette walloped Frontier (Chalmers, IN), 59-23, in a non-league test.

The Comets now own a 11-5 record. They play next when they host Clinton Central for a Hoosier Heartland test on Friday, January 10. Eastern will encounter a Bulldogs squad coming off a 42-27 non-league loss to Bethesda Christian (Brownsburg, IN). The Bulldogs record now stands at 9-6.
