The Tigers (5-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Centennial (Las Cruces, NM). The Hawks enter the 5A District 3 challenge with a 9-1 record. In their last challenge, Centennial defeated Silver (Silver City, NM), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Coyotes encounter the Goddard Rockets (Roswell, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, September 16. Roswell will attempt to move on its 5-4 season record. The Rockets enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 3-0 non-league win over Clovis (Clovis, NM).
