The Mars Fightin' Planets baseball team scored 15 runs and limited the host New Castle Hurricanes to 2 in the Fightin' Planets league victory on Tuesday.

The Fightin' Planets (7-3) will now prepare for their match against Moon Area (Moon Township, PA). The Tigers go into the WPIAL 5A 3 match with a 3-7 record. In their last match, Moon Area was overwhelmed by North Hills (Pittsburgh, PA), 4-1, in a league match.
