The Marion Warriors (Marion, KS) basketball nipped the visiting Herington Railroaders (Herington, KS), 56-50 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Warriors (3-10) will now prepare for their test against Council Grove (Council Grove, KS). The Braves go into the non-league test with a 4-10 record. In their last test, Council Grove was tipped by Wamego (Wamego, KS), 70-40, in a non-league test.
