The Edina Hornets (Edina, MN) basketball felled the visiting Spring Lake Park Panthers (Spring Lake Park, MN), 76-68 in Saturday's non-league test.

The Hornets (11-6) will now prepare for their test against Eden Prairie (Eden Prairie, MN). The Eagles go into the AAAA Section 2 test with a 10-6 record. In their last test, Eden Prairie was beaten by Farmington (Farmington, MN), 88-57, in a non-league test.
