Tuckerman Bulldogs (Tuckerman, AR) backers were in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Mammoth Spring Bears (Mammoth Spring, AR), 67-42 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Tuckerman upgrades its record to 14-9 on the season. The Bulldogs travel to Salem (Salem, AR) to play the Greyhounds in a 3A Region 2 bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Greyhounds go into the bout with a record of 2-10.

Next up, the Bears play the Ridgefield Christian Warriors (Jonesboro, AR) in a 1A Region 3 bout, on Tuesday, January 9. Mammoth Spring will attempt to upgrade on its 17-6 season record. The Warriors go into the bout with a 7-14 record after their 60-48 non-league win over Cross County (Cherry Valley, AR).
