The Mt. Blue Cougars football team (Farmington, ME), was tipped 28-22 in Friday's league challenge with the visiting Hampden Broncos (Hampden, ME)

The Broncos (2-2) will now prepare for their challenge against Lawrence (Fairfield, ME). The Bulldogs come into the B North challenge with a 2-2 record. In their last challenge, Lawrence nipped Cony (Augusta, ME), 36-12, in a league challenge.

The Cougars now sport a 0-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Gardiner for a B North challenge on Friday, September 30. Mt. Blue will meet a Tigers team coming off a 21-19 league win over Nokomis (Newport, ME). The Tigers record now stands at 1-4.
