Connecticut High School Football - Fitch defeats East Lyme

November 10, 2023: Groton, CT 06340

In Friday's league match, the host Fitch Falcons football squad scored a good 34-17 victory over the East Lyme Vikings.

In their next game, the Falcons clash with the Ledyard Colonels (Ledyard, CT) in a non-league match, on Thursday, November 23. Fitch will attempt to move on its 8-1 season record. The Colonels enter the match with a 4-5 record after their 35-28 non-league win over Stonington (Stonington, CT).

With the loss, East Lyme moves to 4-5 on the season. The Vikings travel to Waterford (Waterford, CT) to confront the Lancers in a non-league test on Thursday, November 23. The Lancers go into the test with a record of 2-6. Waterford won 35-29 in their recent league test against Bacon Academy (Colchester, CT)
