August 26, 2011: Rocky River, OH 44116 The Rocky River Pirates (Rocky River, OH) football defeated the visiting Fairview Warriors (Fairview Park, OH), 21-7 in Friday's non-league bout.
In their next game, the Pirates face the Trinity Trojans (Garfield Heights, OH) in a non-league bout, on Saturday, September 3. Rocky River will attempt to advance on its 1-0 season record. The Trojans enter the bout with a 0-1 record after their 28-9 non-league loss to Brookfield (Brookfield, OH).
The Warriors (0-1) will now prepare for their bout against Cuyahoga Heights (Cleveland, OH). The Redskins enter the non-league bout with a 1-0 record. In their last bout, Cuyahoga Heights defeated Collinwood (Cleveland, OH), 41-0, in a non-league bout.
