Kansas High School Basketball - Hodgeman County topped by South Central
February 16, 2024: Jetmore, KS 67854 The South Central Timberwolves basketball team scored 70 points and restricted the host Hodgeman County Longhorns to 53 in the Timberwolves non-league victory on Friday.
The Timberwolves now sport a 16-3 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Ingalls for a non-league contest on Tuesday, February 20. South Central will battle a Bulldogs team coming off a 76-66 non-league loss to Macksville (Macksville, KS). The Bulldogs record now stands at 7-12.
The Longhorns (12-7) will now prepare for their contest against Macksville (Macksville, KS). The Mustangs come into the non-league contest with a 13-6 record. In their last contest, Macksville prevailed over St. John (St. John, KS), 59-52, in a non-league contest.
