New Jersey High School Basketball - Beloved Community Charter winner over Bergen Charter
February 14, 2024: Jersey City, NJ 07302 The Beloved Community Charter Owls (Jersey City, NJ) basketball felled the visiting Bergen Charter (Hackensack, NJ), 43-31 in Wednesday's non-league test.
The Owls (7-15) will now prepare for their test against American History (Newark, NJ). The Bald Eagles go into the non-league test with a 15-8 record. In their last test, American History was beaten by Science Park (Newark, NJ), 41-26, in a non-league test.
The now own a 6-14 record. They play next when they travel to Ridgefield Memorial for a North Jersey - Liberty test on Friday, February 16. Bergen Charter will encounter a Royals squad coming off a 44-20 non-league loss to Wallington (Wallington, NJ). The Royals record now stands at 3-20.
