February 13, 2024: Mendon, MI 49072 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Mendon Hornets (Mendon, MI) and the visiting Tekonsha Indians (Tekonsha, MI), saw Mendon's basketball squad wallop Tekonsha by a tally of 60-27.
With the victory, Mendon improves its record to 11-8 on the campaign. The Hornets travel to Burr Oak (Burr Oak, MI) to play the Bobcats in a Southern Central challenge on Friday, February 16. The Bobcats come into the challenge with a record of 11-7. Burr Oak won 55-53 in their recent league challenge against Litchfield (Litchfield, MI)
Next up, the Indians play the Pittsford Wildcats (Pittsford, MI) in a Southern Central challenge, on Thursday, February 15. Tekonsha will attempt to improve on its 3-17 season record. The Wildcats come into the challenge with a 10-8 record after their 48-40 league loss to Colon (Colon, MI).
