Missouri High School Basketball - Midwest City holds off Glendale
December 28, 2010: Springfield, MO 65804 Midwest City Bombers (Midwest City, OK) backers were pleased Tuesday as they saw their basketball squad hold off the host Glendale Falcons (Springfield, MO), 29-28 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Midwest City upgrades its record to 8-0 on the campaign. The Bombers host Norman (Norman, OK) to play the Tigers in a Mid-State bout on Tuesday, January 4. The Tigers come into the bout with a record of 6-2. Norman won 57-47 in their recent non-league bout against McKinney North (McKinney, TX)
Next up, the Falcons play the Har-Ber Wildcats (Springdale, AR) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, January 4. Glendale will attempt to upgrade on its 5-2 season record. The Wildcats come into the bout with a 3-4 record after their 70-53 non-league loss to Steele (Cibolo, TX).
