Missouri High School Basketball - Osborn holds off Stet
December 17, 2010: Osborn, MO 64474 Osborn Wildcats (Osborn, MO) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad nip the visiting Stet Cardinals (Stet, MO), 42-38 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Osborn upgrades its record to 1-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Tri-County (Jamesport, MO) to play the Mustangs in a non-league bout on Tuesday, January 4. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 1-6. Tri-County won 47-42 in their recent non-league bout against Pattonsburg (Pattonsburg, MO)
Next up, the Cardinals play the Tina-Avalon Dragons (Tina, MO) in a CLAA challenge, on Tuesday, January 11. Stet will attempt to improve on its 0-2 season record. The Dragons come into the challenge with a 2-6 record after their 49-19 league loss to Norborne (Norborne, MO).
