New Jersey High School Basketball - Lenape Valley crushes Sussex County Tech
January 29, 2011: Sparta, NJ 07871 Lenape Valley Patriots (Stanhope, NJ) backers were pleased Saturday as they saw their basketball squad bounce the host Sussex County Tech (Sparta, NJ), 47-26 in a non-league bout.
With the victory, Lenape Valley upgrades its record to 9-4 on the campaign. The Patriots travel to Wallkill Valley (Hamburg, NJ) to play the Rangers in a Northwest Jersey - Freedom bout on Tuesday, February 1. The Rangers come into the bout with a record of 4-9. Wallkill Valley lost 69-33 in their recent non-league bout against Jefferson Township (Oak Ridge, NJ)
Next up, the play the North 13th Street (Newark, NJ) in a Freelance bout, on Tuesday, February 1. Sussex County Tech will attempt to upgrade on its 1-8 season record. The come into the bout with a 6-4 record after their 52-21 non-league loss to Weequahic (Newark, NJ).
