Palmetto Mustangs (Williamston, SC) fans were thrilled Thursday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Belton-Honea Path Bears (Honea Path, SC), 3-0 in a league challenge.

Next, the Mustangs face the Wren Hurricanes (Piedmont, SC) in a AAAA Region I challenge, on Monday, March 18. Palmetto will attempt to better on its 4-2 season record. The Hurricanes enter the challenge with a 4-2 record after their 2-1 league loss to Daniel (Central, SC).

The Bears now have a 1-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to Pickens for a AAAA Region I challenge on Monday, March 18.
