October 11, 2019: Newbury Park, CA 91320 In Friday's non-league battle, the visiting Marlborough Mustangs volleyball team scored a 2-0 triumph over the Newbury Park Panthers.
The Mustangs (10-5) will now prepare for their battle against Chadwick (Palos Verdes Peninsula, CA). The Dolphins come into the non-league battle with a 11-8 record. In their last battle, Chadwick lost by Westridge (Pasadena, CA), 3-0, in a league battle.
Next, the Panthers encounter the Thousand Oaks Lancers (Thousand Oaks, CA) in a Marmonte battle, on Tuesday, October 15. Newbury Park will attempt to advance on its 7-14 season record. The Lancers come into the battle with a 5-17 record after their 3-0 non-league loss to Palisades (Pacific Palisades, CA).
