Texas High School Basketball - Liberty crushes Hempstead
November 22, 2019: Hempstead, TX 77445 Liberty Panthers (Liberty, TX) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the host Hempstead Bobcats (Hempstead, TX), 38-14 in a non-league bout.
With the win, Liberty upgrades its record to 1-0 on the season. The Panthers travel to Barbers Hill (Mt. Belvieu, TX) to play the Eagles in a non-league bout on Tuesday, December 10. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-1. Barbers Hill lost 68-53 in their recent non-league bout against Goose Creek Memorial (Baytown, TX)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Bellville Brahmas (Bellville, TX) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, December 3. Hempstead will attempt to upgrade on its 0-1 season record.
