January 24, 2009: Red Oak, IA 51566 In Saturday's non-league match, the visiting Tri-Center Trojans basketball team scored a good 68-54 triumph over the Red Oak Tigers.
In their next game, the Trojans confront the Treynor Cardinals (Treynor, IA) in a Western Iowa match, on Tuesday, January 27. Tri-Center will attempt to move on its 10-3 season record. The Cardinals enter the match with a 12-2 record after their 50-27 non-league loss to IKM/Manning (Manilla, IA).
With the defeat, Red Oak moves to 1-13 on the year. The Tigers travel to Glenwood (Glenwood, IA) to clash with the Rams in a Hawkeye Ten test on Tuesday, January 27. The Rams go into the test with a record of 6-7. Glenwood won 63-49 in their recent league test against Kuemper (Carroll, IA)
