Edina Hornets (Edina, MN) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Andover Huskies (Andover, MN), 77-49 in a non-league bout.

With the win, Edina upgrades its record to 5-0 on the season. The Hornets host Kennedy (Bloomington, MN) to encounter the Eagles in a non-league bout on Monday, December 29. The Eagles go into the bout with a record of 0-5. Kennedy lost 73-45 in their recent league bout against Jefferson (Bloomington, MN)

Next up, the Huskies battle the St. Francis Fighting Saints (St. Francis, MN) in a non-league challenge, on Saturday, December 20. Andover will attempt to improve on its 1-3 season record.
