California High School Basketball - San Lorenzo overwhelms Balboa
December 11, 2010: San Francisco, CA 94112 Fans at Saturday's non-league challenge between the San Lorenzo Rebels (San Lorenzo, CA) and the host Balboa Buccaneers (San Francisco, CA), saw San Lorenzo's basketball squad trounce Balboa by a score of 62-29.
With the victory, San Lorenzo improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Rebels travel to San Leandro (San Leandro, CA) to battle the Pirates in a Hayward Area challenge on Tuesday, December 14. The Pirates come into the challenge with a record of 2-2. San Leandro lost 77-70 in their recent non-league challenge against Archbishop Mitty (San Jose, CA)
Next up, the Buccaneers battle the Jefferson Indians (Daly City, CA) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, December 14. Balboa will attempt to improve on its 1-5 season record. The Indians come into the battle with a 1-3 record after their 56-55 non-league loss to Palo Alto (Palo Alto, CA).
