April 12, 2022: Durham, NC 27705 Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill Lion (Durham, NC) supporters were pleased Tuesday as they observed their soccer team triumph over the visiting Salem Baptist Christian Vikings (Winston-Salem, NC), 6-0 in a league challenge.
Next, the Lion confront the Trinity Academy Tigers (Raleigh, NC) in a NCISAA Triad challenge, on Tuesday, April 19. Trinity of Durham and Chapel Hill will attempt to move on its 7-3 season record. The Tigers enter the challenge with a 2-4 record after their 8-2 non-league win over Thales Academy Apex (Apex, NC).
The Vikings now possess a 1-8 record. They take the field next when they travel to Forsyth Country Day for a non-league challenge on Thursday, April 14. Salem Baptist Christian will confront a Furies team coming off a 4-0 league win over Westchester Country Day (High Point, NC). The Furies record now stands at 8-0.
