The Union Grove Lions topped the visiting Winona Wildcats volleyball team by a score of 3-0 in Friday's non-league test.

The Lions now have a 6-2 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Elysian Fields for a 2A Region III District 17 test on Friday, September 14.

The Wildcats (2-5) will now prepare for their test against Harmony (Big Sandy, TX). The Eagles enter the 2A Region III District 18 test with a 8-9 record. In their last test, Harmony dropped by Tatum (Tatum, TX), 3-0, in a non-league test.
