In Saturday's non-league outing, the Sheridan Blackhawks (Sheridan, IN) basketball squad beat the host Elwood Panthers (Elwood, IN), by a count of 62-46.

The Blackhawks (3-0) will now prepare for their outing against Kokomo (Kokomo, IN). The Wildkats go into the non-league outing with a 3-2 record. In their last outing, Kokomo defeated Westfield (Westfield, IN), 35-33, in a non-league outing.
