California High School Volleyball - Eagle Rock Sylmar
April 2, 2012: Sylmar, CA 91342 The Sylmar Spartans topped the visiting Eagle Rock Eagles volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.
The Spartans now have a 16-5 record. They put it on the line next when they host Van Nuys for a Valley Mission test on Wednesday, April 11. Sylmar will confront a Wolves team coming off a 2-0 non-league loss to Otay Ranch (Chula Vista, CA). The Wolves record now stands at 12-5.
The Eagles (12-9) will now prepare for their test against Lincoln (Los Angeles, CA). The Tigers enter the Northern test with a 5-1 record. In their last test, Lincoln was knocked off by Franklin (Los Angeles, CA), 3-0, in a league test.
