New Mexico High School Basketball - Taos tops McCurdy
February 7, 2023: Espanola, NM 87532 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the Taos Tigers (Taos, NM) and the host McCurdy Bobcats (Espanola, NM), saw Taos's basketball squad knock off McCurdy by a count of 52-42.
With the victory, Taos upgrades its record to 10-6 on the campaign. The Tigers travel to Pojoaque Valley (Pojoaque, NM) to play the Elks/Elkettes in a non-league challenge on Thursday, February 9. The Elks/Elkettes come into the challenge with a record of 12-4. Pojoaque Valley lost 48-38 in their recent league challenge against Espanola Valley (Espanola, NM)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Penasco Panthers (Penasco, NM) in a non-league challenge, on Thursday, February 9. McCurdy will attempt to upgrade on its 4-8 season record.
