In Tuesday's non-league outing, the Thayer Central Titans (Hebron, NE) basketball squad edged the visiting Tri County Trojans (DeWitt, NE), by a count of 41-37.

The Titans (6-11) will now prepare for their outing against Centennial (Utica, NE). The Broncos go into the non-league outing with a 11-6 record. In their last outing, Centennial was tipped by Fillmore Central (Geneva, NE), 56-38, in a league outing.

The Trojans now hold a 7-9 record. They play next when they host Lourdes Central Catholic for a non-league outing on Thursday, January 25. Tri County will clash with a Knights squad coming off a 56-25 non-league win over Sterling (Sterling, NE). The Knights record now stands at 9-7.
