California High School Basketball - Tulelake fells Butte Valley
February 1, 2018: Dorris, CA 96023 Tulelake Honkers (Tulelake, CA) backers were in high spirits Thursday as they witnessed their basketball squad thwart the host Butte Valley Bulldogs (Dorris, CA), 55-42 in a league bout.
With the win, Tulelake upgrades its record to 10-6 on the season. The Honkers host Surprise Valley (Cedarville, CA) to clash with the Hornets in a Evergreen bout on Tuesday, February 6. The Hornets go into the bout with a record of 4-7. Surprise Valley won 45-36 in their recent league bout against Big Valley (Bieber, CA)
Next up, the Bulldogs clash with the Hayfork Timberjacks (Hayfork, CA) in a Evergreen bout, on Saturday, February 3. Butte Valley will attempt to upgrade on its 5-14 season record. The Timberjacks go into the bout with a 9-7 record after their 50-40 league win over Dunsmuir (Dunsmuir, CA).
