Kansas High School Basketball - LaCrosse crushes Western Plains
January 5, 2018: LaCrosse, KS 67548 LaCrosse Leopards (LaCrosse, KS) backers were in high spirits Friday as they witnessed their basketball squad bounce the visiting Western Plains Bobcats (Ransom, KS), 67-16 in a non-league bout.
With the win, LaCrosse upgrades its record to 5-3 on the season. The Leopards travel to Macksville (Macksville, KS) to play the Mustangs in a Central Prairie bout on Tuesday, January 9. The Mustangs go into the bout with a record of 3-5. Macksville lost 41-16 in their recent non-league bout against Pratt (Pratt, KS)
Next up, the Bobcats play the Bucklin Red Aces (Bucklin, KS) in a non-league bout, on Tuesday, February 6. Western Plains will attempt to upgrade on its 1-1 season record.
