Nebraska High School Basketball - St. Edward overwhelms Elba
December 19, 2017: St. Edward, NE 68660 Fans at Tuesday's non-league challenge between the St. Edward Beavers (St. Edward, NE) and the visiting Elba Bluejays (Elba, NE), saw St. Edward's basketball squad wallop Elba by a tally of 35-13.
With the victory, St. Edward improves its record to 1-5 on the campaign. The Beavers travel to High Plains (Polk, NE) to play the Storm in a non-league challenge on Thursday, December 21. The Storm come into the challenge with a record of 0-6. High Plains lost 39-23 in their recent non-league challenge against Shelby-Rising City (Shelby, NE)
Next up, the Bluejays play the Mead Raiders (Mead, NE) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, January 2. Elba will attempt to improve on its 1-8 season record.
