Louisiana High School Volleyball - Academy of the Sacred Heart overwhelmed by Beau Chene
September 23, 2008: Arnaudville, LA 70512 In Tuesday's non-league battle, the host Beau Chene Gators volleyball team scored a 3-0 triumph over the Academy of the Sacred Heart Fire Birds.
The Gators (1-6) will now prepare for their battle against Breaux Bridge (Breaux Bridge, LA). The Tigers come into the II District 2 battle with a 5-3 record. In their last battle, Breaux Bridge defeated Westgate (New Iberia, LA), 3-0, in a non-league battle.
Next, the Fire Birds encounter the Acadiana Rams (Lafayette, LA) in a non-league battle, on Wednesday, September 24. Academy of the Sacred Heart will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Rams come into the battle with a 4-5 record after their 3-1 non-league win over Carencro (Lafayette, LA).
