The Meridian Falcons held off the host Davis Giants volleyball team by a score of 3-2 in Wednesday's non-league test.

The Falcons now have a 17-8 record. They put it on the line next when they host Lawrence North for a non-league test on Thursday, October 9. Meridian will confront a Wildcats team coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Pike (Indianapolis, IN). The Wildcats record now stands at 18-8.

The Giants (12-15) will now prepare for their test against Avon (Avon, IN). The Orioles enter the non-league test with a 31-1 record. In their last test, Avon held off North Lawrence (Bedford, IN), 2-0, in a non-league test.
