October 4, 2010: Kansas City, MO 64131 The Ruskin Golden Eagles topped the host Center Yellowjackets volleyball team by a score of 2-0 in Monday's non-league test.
The Golden Eagles now have a 2-4 record. They put it on the line next when they host North Kansas City for a Suburban - Big 6 test on Tuesday, October 5. Ruskin will confront a Hornets team coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Grandview (Grandview, MO). The Hornets record now stands at 6-7.
The Yellowjackets (0-10) will now prepare for their test against Cristo Rey Kansas City (Kansas City, MO). The enter the non-league test with a 4-3 record. In their last test, Cristo Rey Kansas City gained a win over Kansas City East Christian Academy (Leawood, KS), 2-1, in a non-league test.
