September 17, 2010: Cicero, IL 60804 The crowd at Friday's non-league bout between the Morton Mustangs (Cicero, IL) and the visiting Glenwood Titans (Chatham, IL), saw Morton's volleyball squad beat Glenwood by a tally of 3-0.
With the win, Morton upgrades its record to 6-3 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Addison Trail (Addison, IL) to play the Blazers in a West Suburban - Gold bout on Tuesday, September 21. The Blazers go into the bout with a record of 6-9. Addison Trail won 2-1 in their recent league bout against Leyden (Franklin Park, IL)
The Titans now own a 7-6 record. They play next when they host Glenbard South for a non-league match on Saturday, September 18. Glenwood will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 2-0 non-league win over Guilford (Rockford, IL). The Raiders record now stands at 8-4.
