West Virginia High School Football - Mingo Central defeats River View
September 7, 2012: Matewan, WV 25678 In Friday's league match, the host Mingo Central Miners football squad scored a good 34-12 victory over the River View Raiders.
In their next game, the Miners clash with the WestSide Renegades (Clear Fork, WV) in a Coalfield AA match, on Saturday, September 15. Mingo Central will attempt to move on its 1-1 season record.
The Raiders (2-1) will now prepare for their match against Man (Man, WV). The Hillbillies enter the non-league match with a 1-2 record. In their last match, Man dropped by WestSide (Clear Fork, WV), 44-20, in a non-league match.
