September 14, 2012: North Andover, MA 01845 The North Andover Scarlet Knights thwarted the visiting Lawrence Lancers football team by a count of 33-12 in Friday's league outing.
With the win, North Andover upgrades its record to 1-1 on the season. The Scarlet Knights host Central Catholic (Lawrence, MA) to encounter the Raiders in a non-league bout on Friday, September 21. The Raiders enter the bout with a record of 1-1. Central Catholic lost 31-7 in their recent non-league bout against St. John's Prep (Danvers, MA)
The Lancers (0-2) will now prepare for their bout against Chelmsford (North Chelmsford, MA). The Lions enter the non-league bout with a 2-0 record. In their last bout, Chelmsford defeated Acton-Boxborough (Acton, MA), 35-14, in a non-league bout.
