With the triumph, Zephyr improves its record to 4-2 on the campaign. The Bulldogs travel to Mullin (Mullin, TX) to battle the Bulldogs in a non-league test on Friday, October 5. With the loss, Cherokee drops to 1-4 on the campaign. The Indians host Summit Christian Academy (Cedar Park, TX) to battle the Eagles in a non-league test on Friday, October 5. The Eagles come into the test with a record of 1-3. Summit Christian Academy lost 48-0 in their recent non-league test against Buckholts (Buckholts, TX)
