The Plano Wildcats thwarted the visiting McKinney Lions football team by a count of 38-21 in Friday's league outing.

With the win, Plano upgrades its record to 4-2 on the season. The Wildcats host Boyd (McKinney, TX) to encounter the Broncos in a 5A Region II District 10 outing on Friday, October 19. The Broncos go into the outing with a record of 4-2. Boyd won 55-28 in their recent league outing against Plano West (Plano, TX)

With the loss, McKinney moves to 4-2 on the season. The Lions host Plano East (Plano, TX) to encounter the Panthers in a 5A Region II District 10 outing on Thursday, October 18.
