Nacogdoches Dragons (Nacogdoches, TX) fans were pleased Friday as they observed their soccer team hold off the visiting Lindale Eagles (Lindale, TX), 3-2 in a league challenge.

Next, the Dragons confront the Whitehouse Wildcats (Whitehouse, TX) in a 5A Region 3 District 17 challenge, on Tuesday, February 13. Nacogdoches will attempt to better on its 8-6 season record. The Wildcats enter the challenge with a 3-3 record after their 1-0 league loss to Jacksonville (Jacksonville, TX).

The Eagles now have a 2-9 record. They take the field next when they travel to Corsicana for a 5A Region 3 District 17 challenge on Tuesday, February 13.
