September 4, 2013: Napoleon, MI 49261 Napoleon Pirates (Napoleon, MI) supporters left the game in high spirits Wednesday as they observed their volleyball squad hold off the visiting Manchester Flying Dutchmen (Manchester, MI), 3-2 in a league match.
Next up, the Pirates battle the East Jackson Trojans (Jackson, MI) in a Cascades match, on Tuesday, September 10. Napoleon will attempt to advance on its 2-0 season record. The Trojans come into the match with a 0-5 record after their 3-0 league loss to Hanover-Horton (Horton, MI).
With the loss, Manchester drops to 0-1 on the campaign. The Flying dutchmen host Vandercook Lake (Jackson, MI) to battle the Jayhawks in a Cascades match on Tuesday, September 10.
